The items for the Board of Public Utilities consideration are, 1) approve Work Order No. 1421502 in the <br />amount of $135,000; 2) award of Purchase Order to Enosery LI.C. for the purchase of Enosery <br />PowerBase softvijare, and 3) approval of the Master Services Agreement and Software License <br />Agreement with Enosery L.L.C. <br />Approve Work Order No 1421502 'in the amount of $135,000; <br />2, Approve the award of Purchase Order in the amount of $95,193,50 to Enosery L.L.C. of Tulsa, <br />Oklahoma, for the Enosery PowerBase software: <br />3. Approve the Master Services Agreement with nos re L.L.C.; <br />4. Approve the Software License Agreement with Enosery L.L.C., and <br />5. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Agreements, <br />The Electric System Master Plan (ESMP) recommends developing and implementing a comprehensive <br />maintainable protective relay database to manage data from detailed relay settings, auxiliary protective <br />instrumentation, and relay test results. The acquisition of this software will provide the groundwork for <br />future protection studies, conditional maintenance, and regulatory compliance for the North American <br />Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Reliability Standard PRC-005-02 (Protection System <br />Maintenance Reliability Standard). <br />Enosery PowerBase is the most prevalent utility system protection softhivare in the market for relay test <br />data and information management. Energy Delivery Operations division currently utilizes Enosery Relay <br />Test Software (RTS' to test relays and auxiliary protection devices. Compatibility between the two <br />Enosery products, RTS and PowerBase, will allow seamless and automatic data exchange between both <br />programs. The integration of RTS and PowerBase will create an advanced data management capability <br />providing the permanent audit trail required for regulatory compliance with both N and the Western <br />Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC). <br />
