The item for Board of Public Utilities consideration is approval of the capital expenditure in the amount of <br />$70,917 for Work Order No. 1415322 for the installation of electric distribution facilities to serve the <br />Riverside Community College District (RC CD) Renaissance Block located at the southwest corner of <br />Market Street and University Avenue (Project). <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />'That the Board of Public Utilities approve the estimated capital expenditure in the amount of $70,917 for <br />Work Order No. 1415322 for the installation of electric distribution facilities to serve the Riverside <br />Community College District Renaissance Block. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Project will upgrade and extend existing electrical distribution facilities to serve two new buildings <br />and one parking lot structure for the RCCD Renaissance Block (Attachment 1). The Renaissance Block <br />includes the Culinary Arts Academy, District Offices and the future Coil School for the Arts.
