Thislthese applicant(s) is/are as follows: <br /> <br />12 091 Charles W. Brown 2191 10th Street ES SIG $5,000 <br /> <br />ES DIL $14,500 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to replace root: repair porch post, build carport, replace missing wood siding, build concrete <br />steps at back entry, replace all windows, water heater, install smoke detectors, and GF! outlets. A Lead-Based <br />Paint inspection was performed. Lead was found in the home and will be removed by a Certified Contractor. <br />Owner bas lived at property for 21 years and received a grant in 1996. Yard is landscaped and well maintained. <br /> <br />11 064 Sally Ramirez 4952 Hedrick Avenue ALS DIL $2,079 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to fumigate structure, extend new carport size, and cost of variances for garage conversion. <br />No Lead-Based Paint inspection was done due to the work being performed. Owner bas lived at property for 34 <br />years. This funding request is to complete a project already in progress.
