The item for Board of Public Utilities consideration is approval of a Second Amendment to Master Agreement <br />with Mariposa Landscapes, Inc., for landscape maintenance services at various Public Utilities properties, <br />Request for Proposal (RFP) No, 1242. <br />That the Board of Public Utilities: <br />Approve the Second Amendment to Master Agreement for General Landscape Maintenance at <br />Various Public Utilities Properties, RFP No. 1242, with Mariposa Landscapes, Inc., of Irwindale., <br />California from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 in the amount of $239,634,16; and <br />2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Second Amendment. <br />There is one remaining extension available per the Agreement. <br />The total cost for the Second Amendment to the Agreement is $239,634.16.
