FIRST LEASE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT is made this ~ day of ~2001 between The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, a public agency, LesSor and Hall, Hire Inc., a California corporation, Lessee. RECITALS The parties hereto entered into a Lease dated the 21st day of July, 1995 for prem!ses located in the California Tower, 3737 Main Street, Suite 105, Riverside, California 92501. B. The parties hereto desire to extend said Lease as hereinafter provided. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the agreements herein contained, the parties hereto agree to as follows: In accordance with Paragraph 6 of the Addendum of the Lease, the term of Lease is hereby extended for an additional five (5) year term commencing October 16, 2000 and terminating on October 15, 2005. The minimum monthly rent for such extended term will be governed by paragraph 8 of the Addendum of the Lease. Except as herein modified, said Lease shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict in the terms of the Lease as modified and this First Lease Modification Agreement, the terms of this First Lease Modification shall prevail. .. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assignees of the parties hereto.
