Review of Minutes: The minutes of the November 19, 2014 meeting were approved as presented. 3. Public Comments: Joint Letter (COD/MDCC) to AUSD & RUSD Regarding ASL Classes Monique Gordon reported the Commission on Disabilities decided to expand the letter to include the Rive Education (RCOE) as well as another organization. She will provide the letters t February 2015 meeting. The next meeting of the COD will take place on March 6, 2015 in the 5 th floor large conference room at City Hall. 4. Reports/Follow-Up: Tre The combined funds statement reflected a BBVA balance of $14,907 a City account balance of $8,293.98 for a total of $23,201.68 asember 31, 2014. It was noted that the $500 sponsorship check from Purple will be deposited into the BBVA account soon. ADA Accommodation at Special Events Ad Hoc Committee Report Dawn Rechenberg stated a meeting of the Ad Hoc Committee will be scheduled following the holidays, and asked Gordon if she would be willing to participate. The Ad Hoc Committee has c Mayor which will be accompanied by seven attachments. The infor attachments reflects forms gathered from other cities which already include ADA information their special events applications. Discussion took place about possibly including the COD in these efforts.
