Review of Minutes: <br />The minutes of the November 19, 2014 meeting were approved as presented. <br /> <br />3. Public Comments: <br /> Joint Letter (COD/MDCC) to AUSD & RUSD Regarding ASL Classes Monique Gordon reported the <br />Commission on Disabilities decided to expand the letter to include the Rive <br />Education (RCOE) as well as another organization. She will provide the letters t <br />February 2015 meeting. The next meeting of the COD will take place on March 6, 2015 in the 5 th <br /> <br />floor large conference room at City Hall. <br /> <br />4. Reports/Follow-Up: <br /> Tre The combined funds statement reflected a BBVA balance of $14,907 <br />a City account balance of $8,293.98 for a total of $23,201.68 asember 31, 2014. It was <br />noted that the $500 sponsorship check from Purple will be deposited into the BBVA account soon. <br /> <br /> ADA Accommodation at Special Events Ad Hoc Committee Report Dawn Rechenberg stated a <br />meeting of the Ad Hoc Committee will be scheduled following the holidays, and asked Gordon if <br />she would be willing to participate. The Ad Hoc Committee has c <br />Mayor which will be accompanied by seven attachments. The infor <br />attachments reflects forms gathered from other cities which already include ADA information <br />their special events applications. Discussion took place about possibly including the COD in these <br />efforts. <br /> <br /> <br />
