Hartsock <br />Second: T. Villegas <br />Ayes: All <br /> <br /> <br />CHAIRMAN’S REPORT <br /> <br />2.Harada House Update <br />st <br />Escrow will close on the Robinson House January 31. The Museum is a bit shy of its goal and will <br />be hosting a small cocktail event for the Founding members and guests and the Museum Board. The <br />importance of having full Board participation in the fundraising effort was stressed. The Museum <br />th <br />will appear to City Council on January 28 to withdraw the funds needed to purchase the Robinson <br />House. <br /> <br />REPORT ON MUSEUM OPERATIONS <br /> Arts and Cultural Affairs Division (ACAD) update <br />3. <br />The ACAD report was included in the Board packets. M. Haupt gave a report that Festival of Lights <br />th <br />(FOL) ended January 4 and the ice rink is almost finished being removed from Main Street. 2013’s <br />FOL event included more community performances and a New Year’s Eve celebration in front of <br />the Library that was well attended. Upcoming events for the Box include Sumi’s House, a one act <br />stnd <br />play about the Harada family. Sumi’s House will have performances on February 21 and 22 <br />including a VIP fundraising performance. The City sponsorship program and the selection process <br />will continue business as usual. <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS- No action items at this time. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> RMM Exhibitions Committee- <br />4.no report at this time. <br /> <br /> <br />5.RMM Collections Committee- <br />Curator of Collections & Historic Structures Lynn Voorheis showcased a silver fish server to the <br />Museum Board and spoke about the mission of obtaining tableware for Heritage House from the <br />
