Teunissen to the Ward 6 seat on the Planning Commission for a <br />page 103-171 <br />term ending March 1, 2019. <br />approved 1-9-18 <br />RECESS <br />X <br />The City Council recessed at 1:43 p.m. and reconvened at 3 p.m. in the Art <br />Pick Council Chamber with Mayor Bailey presiding and all Councilmembers <br />present except Councilmembers Davis and Adams. <br />WORKSHOP <br />BUSINESS READY RIVERSIDE STRATEGY AND BUSINESS READY <br />RIVERSIDE 2.0 STRATEGY - RED CARPET RIVERSIDE <br />Following discussion, the City Council (1) received and ordered filed an <br />update on the Business Ready Riverside Strategy and the Business Ready <br />Riverside 2.0 Strategy approved "in concept" by the City Council on <br />January 18, 2013, and December 2, 2014, respectively; and (2) reviewed <br />and approved the recommended path forward for the "Red Carpet <br />Motion <br />X <br />Riverside" initiative including an expenditure of $13,087.11, as outlined in <br />Second <br />X <br />the written staff report. <br />All Ayes <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />Laurent Baillon spoke regarding lack of public restrooms in the Downtown <br />area. <br />100-320 <br />
