1 RESOLUTION NO. 19229 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING SPECIFIC STREETS WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED 3 BY MARKET, TENTH, LIME AND FOURTEENTH STREETS AS PAY PARKING ZONES PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 10.52.112 OF THE 4 RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE, AND ESTABLISHING THE DAYS AND HOURS FOR SAID ZONES AND THE FEES THEREFOR; AND REPEALING RESOLUTION 5 NO. 19154. 6 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does resolve as follows: 7 Section 1: That in accordance with Section 10.52.112 of the Riverside Municipal Code 8 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle upon any of the 9 following streets or portions thereof hereby designated as Pay Parking Zones during the days and 10 hours hereinafter specified without immediately paying therefor the fee as established therefor: 11 PORTION OF STREET TIME AND DAYS FEE 12 Market Street 13 The East Side of Market Monday thru Friday $0.25 per 15 minutes or Street from Tenth to Thirteenth between the hours of any portion thereof 14 Street 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Excepting Holidays 15 Main Street 16 Both sides from Tenth Street Monday thru Friday $0.25 per 15 minutes or 17 to Fourteenth Street between the hours of any portion thereof 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. 18 Excepting Holidays 19 Orange Street 20 Both side from Tenth Street Monday thru Friday $0.25 per 15 minutes or to Fourteenth Street between the hours of any portion thereof 21 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Excepting Holidays 22 Lemon Street 23 East side from Thirteenth Street Monday thru Friday $0.25 per 15 minutes or 24 to Fourteenth Street between the hours of any portion thereof 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. 25 Excepting Holidays 26 /// 27 /// Attorney's Office Street CA 92522 782-5567
