CITY OF RIVERSIDE BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES Minutes of: Special Strategic Planning Workshop Meeting of the Board of Public Utilities Date of Meeting: February 12, 2015 Time of Meeting: 5:00 p.m. Place of Meeting: Utility Operations Center (UOC) 2911 Adams Street (at Lincoln and Adams Streets) Riverside, California PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG WAS GIVEN Roll Call Present: Justin Scott -Coe Darrell Ament Susan Cash David Roberts Andrew Walcker Ron Cole Dave Austin Nick Ferguson Absent: Ian Davidson (absence due other) CITIZENS PARTICIPATION Public Comment Period: NONE WORKSHOP 2 RIVERSIDE PUBLIC UTILITIES STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP TO GUIDE RIVERSIDE PUBLIC UTILITIES FOR 2015 AND BEYOND The Board of Public Utilities conducted a workshop to discuss the Utility's strategic plan and obtain feedback from the Board Members. The planning exercises focused on the tasks that have been created to support our 3 -year goals and their alignment with our long range plans. The Board was asked to give their individual written input on these goals to assure that we are aligned with the community. The Board members will receive meeting notes and input highlights at their next Board meeting on February 20th to prepare them for the next Strategic Planning Workshop on February 27 at the Utility Operations Center (2911 Adams Street, Riverside) to review RPU's Vision, Mission, and 2015 Goals. UPCOMING MEETING Chair Scott -Coe adjourned the workshop meeting at approximately 9:15 pm. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Public Utilities will be held on February 20, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. at the Art Pick City Council Chambers located at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, California.
