Thislthese applicant(s) is/are as follows: <br /> <br />13 041 Tomasa Martinez 1058 N. Main Street CW S1G $5,000 <br /> <br />NS DIL $7,500 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to address termite deficiencies, install a spark arrestor, deadbolt lock, smoke detectors, wall <br />heater, bring hot water heater up to code, install OFI's, uNJ3de bathroom fixtures, install venthood and electrical <br />in the kitchen. A Lead-Based Paint inspection was performed and found to be present in the home, but was found <br />only in trim pieces that wiu not be disturbed. Owner has lived at property for 18 years and has no history of <br />previous grants or loans. <br /> <br />12110 <br /> <br />Charlotte Ervin <br /> <br />4340 Dwight Avenue <br /> <br />ES 0 $5,000 <br /> <br />ES DIL $7,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to address termite deficiencies, interior and exterior painting, replace entry doors, bring hot <br />water heater up to code, install OFf's, re-fmish cabinets, install new flooring and re-glaze bathtub. A Lead-Based <br />Paint inspection was performed and found to be present in the interior paint, fascia, soffets, windowsills, and <br />raingutters. These items will be encapsulated or removed by a Certified Contractor. Owner has lived at property <br />for 29 years and has no history of previous grants or loans. <br /> <br />13 034 <br /> <br />Carlee Bennett <br /> <br />4435 Michael Street <br /> <br />ES 0 $5,000 <br /> <br />ES DIL $19,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to address termite deficiencies, install a new roof, exterior painting, install new windows, new <br />entry doors, rebuild existing patio cover, install new hot water heater, smoke detectors, OFI's, repair water <br />damaged ceilings, paint interior, and up-grade bathroom fixtures. A Lead-Based Paint inspection was performed <br />and found to be present only in the window sashes and will be abated by a Certified Contractor.
