Steve Hayes presented the staff report and stated <br /> that the building design would keep the architectural integrity of the <br /> historic Arlington area. Comments from the audience: Cindy Roth of the <br /> Riverside Chambers of Commerce and the Arlington Business Council <br /> (ABC) expressed her support for the project on behalf of the ABC. <br /> Following discussion the Planning Commission expressed some concerns Motion M <br /> about traffic flow but recommended that the City Council: 1) Determine Second S <br /> that this proposal is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act All Ayes <br /> (CEQA) review pursuant to Sections 15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use <br /> Limitations),15331 (Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation) and <br /> 15332 (Infill Development Projects); 2) Approve Planning Cases P14- <br /> 0673 (Conditional Use Permit), P14-0675 (Lot Consolidation) and P14- <br /> 0928 (Public Convenience or Necessity Determination), based on the <br /> findings outlined in the staff report and subject to the recommended <br /> conditions with the addition that the first exit on Miller Street be changed <br /> Planning Commission Minutes—January 8,2015 Page 1 of 4 <br />
