The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the flag. PLANNING/ZONING MATTERS FROM THE AUDIENCE There were no oral comments at this time. PUBLIC HEARINGS Chair Riggle announced that item 3 had been requested for continuance and would be taken out of order. He recused himself from this item due to a financial conflict of interest and left the dais. PLANNING CASES P13-0324, P13-0325, P13-0326 and P13-0327 — CONTINUED TO MAY 8, 2014 Chair Pro Tern Kain announced that the applicant has requested continuance to the May 8, 2014 meeting. No one in the audience was present requesting to speak to this continuance. Planning Commission Motion X recommended that Planning Cases P13-0324, P13-0325, P13-0326, and Second X P13-0327 be continued to the May 8, 2014 meeting as requested by the All Ayes x x x x applicant. Chair Riggle returned to the dais. X PLANNING CASE P13-0665— (TM-36641) 18875 Moss Road Proposal by Christopher R. Bowen of GF Services, LLC to consider a Tentative Tract Map 36641, to subdivide a 5.16 acre parcel into eight single family residential lots for the future development of eight single family residences. Jim Bolton, K & A Engineering, representing GF Services, LLC, addressed the Commission and stated they were in agreement with all conditions. Comments from the audience: Bernard Fretkin, representing 26 other property owners, expressed their concerns regarding access to the proposed properties, access by emergency vehicles, character of neighborhood single story versus two-story development and sidewalk placement around the properties on Wood and Moss Roads. Darlene McMorris, resident of 7608 Wood Rd., expressed her concerns regarding traffic on Wood Road. She expressed the need for a stop sign, speed bumps, and sidewalks across the street from her Motion X residence, and dust control for the site.
