He recused himself from this item due to <br /> a financial conflict of interest and left the dais. <br /> PLANNING CASES P13-0324, P13-0325, P13-0326 and P13-0327 — <br /> CONTINUED TO MAY 8, 2014 <br /> Chair Pro Tern Kain announced that the applicant has requested <br /> continuance to the May 8, 2014 meeting. No one in the audience was <br /> present requesting to speak to this continuance. Planning Commission Motion X <br /> recommended that Planning Cases P13-0324, P13-0325, P13-0326, and Second X <br /> P13-0327 be continued to the May 8, 2014 meeting as requested by the All Ayes x x x x <br /> applicant. <br /> Chair Riggle returned to the dais. X <br /> PLANNING CASE P13-0665— (TM-36641) 18875 Moss Road <br /> Proposal by Christopher R. Bowen of GF Services, LLC to consider a <br /> Tentative Tract Map 36641, to subdivide a 5.16 acre parcel into eight <br /> single family residential lots for the future development of eight single <br /> family residences. Jim Bolton, K & A Engineering, representing GF <br /> Services, LLC, addressed the Commission and stated they were in <br /> agreement with all conditions. Comments from the audience: Bernard <br /> Fretkin, representing 26 other property owners, expressed their concerns <br /> regarding access to the proposed properties, access by emergency <br /> vehicles, character of neighborhood single story versus two-story <br /> development and sidewalk placement around the properties on Wood and <br /> Moss Roads. Darlene McMorris, resident of 7608 Wood Rd., expressed <br /> her concerns regarding traffic on Wood Road. She expressed the need for <br /> a stop sign, speed bumps, and sidewalks across the street from her Motion X <br /> residence, and dust control for the site.
