Chair Wade asked if there was Motion X <br /> anyone in the audience who would like to speak to the continuance of this Second X <br /> proposal. No one came forward. The Planning Commission continued All Ayes X X X X X <br /> Planning Case P13-0719 to the meeting of March 20, 2014 as requested <br /> by the applicant. <br /> PLANNING CASES P13-0563 and P13-0564 —8069 Indiana Avenue <br /> Proposal by Vikram Kamdar to consider a Street Vacation to vacate <br /> Susan Street, between Indiana Avenue and State Route 91, to facilitate <br /> the expansion of Singh Subaru Dealership; and the Design Review of the <br /> plot plan and building elevations related to the construction of an <br /> approximately 7,373 square-foot addition to the east of the existing Singh <br /> Subaru showroom building. There were no comments from the audience. <br /> Following discussion, the Planning Commission recommended that the <br /> City Council: 1) Determine that the proposed project will not have a <br /> significant effect on the environment based on the findings set forth in the Motion X <br /> case record and adopt a Negative Declaration; 2) Approve Planning Second X <br /> Cases P13-0563 (Vacation) and P13-0564 (Design Review) based on the Ayes X X X X X <br /> findings outlined in the staff report subject to the recommended revised <br /> conditions; with modification to conditions including: 1) Integration of <br /> complimentary architecture on the service bay building elevation, 2) <br /> Relocation of the service doors and roll up door facing Indiana Avenue to <br /> the east elevation facing Susan Street, 3) Integration of architectural <br /> details and building materials; including aluminum composite panels (blue <br /> stripe), spandrel glass, split face block, stone and other elements for <br /> consistency with the existing building. <br /> Planning Commission Minutes—February 20,2014 Page 1 of 2 <br />
