The Planning Commission continued Planning Cases Motion X <br /> P13-0324, P13-0325, P13-0326 and P13-0327 to the meeting of March 6, Second X <br /> 2014 as requested by the applicant. All Ayes X X X X X X <br /> Commissioner Riggle returned to the dais at this time. X <br /> PLANNING CASE P13-0989— 1200 Columbia Avenue <br /> Proposal By Gordon Bourns, Inc., to consider a Conditional Use Permit to <br /> allow for the establishment of assemblies of people non-entertainment <br /> uses, such as a conference center and church, within an existing 64,910 <br /> square foot industrial/office building. There were no comments from the <br /> audience. The public hearing was closed and following discussion the <br /> Planning Commission recommended that the City Council: 1) Determine Motion X <br /> that Planning Case P13-0989 represents an existing facility which is Second X <br /> categorically exempt per the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) All Ayes X X X X X X X <br /> pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines; and 2) Approve <br /> Planning Case P13-0989 based on the findings in the staff report and <br /> subject to the recommended conditions. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS PLANNING AND ZONING ITEMS <br /> BRIEF REPORT FROM THE CITY PLANNER ON RECENT CITY <br /> COUNCIL ACTIONS AND MAJOR DEVELOPMENTS <br /> Gabriel Perez, Principal Planner, stated that there were no recent <br /> planning related City Council actions to report. <br /> Planning Commission Minutes—February 6,2014 Page 1 of 3 <br />
