The item was taken out of order and the Second X <br /> Commission motioned to continue Planning Case P14-0359 to the All Ayes X X X X X X X X <br /> meeting of August 21, 2014 as requested by the applicant. <br /> PLANNING CASE P13-0114—4334 Vine Street <br /> Proposal by Verizon Wireless on behalf of Riverside Mandarin Baptist <br /> Church to consider a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 60-foot high <br /> wireless telecommunications facility camouflaged as a pine tree on an <br /> approximately 2.2 acre three-parcel site partially developed with the <br /> Riverside Mandarin Baptist Church. James Rogers, Verizon Wireless, <br /> stated they were in agreement with the conditions. There were no <br /> comments from the audience. Following discussion the Planning <br /> Commission recommended that the City Council: 1) Determine that this Motion X <br /> proposed project will not have a significant effect on the environment Second X <br /> based on the findings set forth in the case record and recommend the All Ayes X X X X X X X X <br /> adoption of a Negative Declaration; 2) Approve Planning Case P14-0114 <br /> (CU) based on the findings in the staff report and subject to the <br /> recommended conditions. The Commission wished to clarify that the <br /> approval was for a 40-foot monopine with the 20-foot increase allowed by <br /> Federal law for a total of 60-feet. <br /> PLANNING CASES P14-0315 and P14-0437—4334 Vine Street <br /> Proposal by Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) to <br /> consider a revised Conditional Use Permit and Design Review of a plot <br /> plan and building elevations related to the construction of an <br /> approximately 3,150 square-foot security operations building for the <br /> adjacent Downtown Metrolink Station. Kyle Smith, Associate Planner, <br /> presented the staff report and stated that a revised landscape plan was <br /> Planning Commission Minutes—July 17,2014 Page 1 of 5 <br />
