This/these applicant(s) is/are as follows: <br /> <br />12100 <br /> <br />Mark & Araceli Moore <br /> <br />10597 Wolfe Avenue ALZ Grant <br />ALZ Deferred Loan <br /> <br />$5,000 <br />$30,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to replace both entry doors, bring electrical and plumbing up to code, address termite <br />deficiencies, install new bathroom addition, repair leaking roof. remodel hall bathroom, install new water heater, <br />bring fire wall at garage up to code, install new kitchen cabinets, sink and faucet. Install new interior doors and <br />garage door. Owners have lived in their property for one year. A Lead-Based Paint inspection was performed <br />and lead paint was found in a rain gutter, which was removed by Riverside County Environmental Health <br />Department. There is no history of previous CDBG loans and/or grants. <br /> <br />12106 <br /> <br />Rita Kish <br /> <br />10647 Renner Street ALZ Grant <br />ALZ Deferred Loan <br /> <br />$5,000 <br />$4,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to replace entry doors, install spark arrestor, replace frames at windows, install GFCI <br />receptacle outlets, smoke detectors, flooring, grab bars, HV AC unit, water heater, and to remove existing wall <br />heater. Owner has lived at property for 41 years. Lead-Based Paint was found in the front door and will be <br />removed by a Certified Lead Abatement Contractor. There is no history of previous CDBG loans and/or grants. <br /> <br />13033 <br /> <br />Adam and Elvira Escoto <br /> <br />7291 Indiana Avenue CB Senior Grant <br /> <br />$5,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to replace deteriorated roof, install new sheathing and shingles. Owners have lived at property <br />for 36 years. No Lead-Based Paint inspection was performed due to the work being performed.
