Yamamoto, General Counsel <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Closed Session - Existing Litigation [Government Code !i54956.9] <br />Name of Case: Rohr Industries, Inc, v. Riverside Redevelopment Agency <br />Court Case No,: Riverside Superior Court Case No,: 213201 <br /> <br />A closed session will be held on March 20, 2001, for the purpose of conferring with and/or receiving <br />advice from your legal counsel concerning litigation which has been formally initiated to which the <br />Redevelopment Agency is a party, [Gov't. Code S54956.9(a)] <br /> <br />Thc General Counsel will provide you with a status report on this particular case. <br /> <br />If the Redevelopment Agency authorizes the General Counsel to defend, or seek or refrain from <br />seeking appellate review or relief, the parties and substance of the litigation shall be disclosed <br />immediately following this closed session, If the Redevelopment Agency authorizes initiation or <br />intervention, such authorization shall be disclosed immediately following this closed session and the <br />public advised that the action, defendants and other particulars may be disclosed upon request after <br />the action is formally commenced, [Gov't, Code S'54957,1(a)(2)] <br /> <br />If the Redevelopment Agency accepts a settlement offer signed by the opposing party, the substance <br />of the settlement shall be disclosed immediately following this closed session, [Gov't.
