<br />In accordance with the provisions of their contract, the Riverside Housing Development Corporation (RHDC) has
<br />detennined that the fonowing applicant(s) is/are eligible to participate in the CDBG Housing Rehabilitation
<br />Loan/Grant Programs, This/these applicant(s) is/are as fonows:

<br />Funds win be used to instan a redwood wheelchair ramp at rear of unit. Applicant is a renter who has lived at
<br />property for 10 years, No lead-based paint inspection was necessary because of the low donar amount and
<br />because a minimal amount of area win be disturbed, There is no history of previous grants or loans, Tenant is a
<br />member of the DNAC and ACODI.

<br />Funds will be used to paint the exterior of the house, install a new roof, and build an entry porch, Owner has
<br />lived at property for 25 years, The home was tested and found to be clear of any Lead-Based Paint. Owner
<br />obtained a Rehab Loan and Senior Grant in July 2000 for a combined amount of $22,500, The total of this
<br />request and the previous loan and grant is below the $35,000 program maximum, Yard is landscaped and well
<br />maintained.
