Aurora Chavez spoke <br />regarding a City Council meeting video and the water drought. Errol <br />Koschewitz spoke regarding a Press Enterprise reporter, finances, a City <br />Council meeting video, and freedom of speech. Barney Barnett spoke <br />regarding a Metrolink station location. Karen Wright spoke regarding <br />censored comments and the Agricultural Park. Britt Holstrom spoke <br />regarding free speech. <br />CLOSED SESSIONS <br />The Mayor and City Council recessed to the City Council Board Room for <br />closed sessions pursuant to Government Code (1) §54956.9(d)(1) to confer <br />with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning City of Burbank, <br />et al. v Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, FERC Docket <br />No. EL15-56-000; California Independent System Operator Corporation, <br />FERC Docket Nos. ER14-2574 and ER15-1451; Pacific Gas and Electric <br />Company, FERC Docket No. ER14-2529-000; San Diego Gas & Electric, <br />FERC Docket No. ER15-1410-000; and (2) §54956.9(d)(1) to confer with <br />and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning Maria Guadalupe <br />Lamping v. City of Riverside, et al., RCSC Case No. RIC 1305732. <br />The Mayor and City Council reconvened in Art Pick Council Chamber at <br />3:18 p.m. <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL FINANCE AUTHORITY REVENUE BONDS - <br />CALIFORNIA BAPTIST UNIVERSITY - RESOLUTION <br />Hearing was called to consider issuance of debt by the California Municipal <br />Finance Authority (CFMA) in an amount not -to -exceed $85 million for the <br />costs associated with the financing and refinancing of acquisition, <br />construction, improvement, and equipping costs for facilities at Cal Baptist <br />University (CBU). Six people spoke regarding the matter. The public <br />hearing was officially closed. Six letters were presented and considered. <br />Following discussion, the City Council adopted a resolution approving the <br />issuance of tax-exempt revenue bonds in an amount not -to -exceed <br />$85 million by CMFA for the financing and refinancing of acquisition, <br />100-279 <br />
