Item 1 Public Comment None submitted. Item 2 Approval of the Minutes of January 26, 2015 Board Meeting Trustee Runyon motioned to approve with no corrections. Trustee Ridgway second the motion Ayes: Trustees Christmas, Evans, House, Lewis, Ridgway, Runyon, Rowe and Yownezawa Opposed: N/A Abstention: N/A CONSENT CALENDAR Item 3, 4 & 5 Approval of Trust Fund Expenditures; and Update on Donations of $1,000 or more & Update on Library Programs, Operations, and Special Program Requests* Trustee House motioned to approve with no corrections. Trustee Yonezawa second the motion Ayes: Trustees Christmas, Evans, House, Leis, Ridgway, Rowe, Runyon and Yonezawa Opposed: N/A Abstained: N/A PRESENTATION Item 6 Director Kennon to Present "Library 101" Director Kennon introduced Orange Terrace Branch Manager, Linda Taylor. Ms. Taylor shared an overview of branch programs and services. Ms. Taylor commented on the positive impact converting the old cafe into a study room has had on branch operations. Orange Terrace Library has the second highest materials circulation in the system behind Main Library. Director Kennon spoke about the 2015 Library Foundation Annual Campaign. The campaign will fund a "Maker Space" inside the Main Library. The amount
