I SP-005-001 <br /> 2 RESOLUTION NO. 19835 <br /> <br /> 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERS[DE, <br /> CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE RIVERSIDE AUTO CENTER SPECIFIC <br /> 4 PLAN AND INCORPORATiNG iNTO THE SPECIFIC PLAN DOCUMENT <br /> CHANGES TO ADD APPROXIMATELY 4.47 VACANT ACRES S1TUATED ON <br /> 5 THE SOUTH'WEST CORNER OF ADAMS STREET AND AUTOBAHN COURT. <br /> <br />6 WHEREAS, the Riverside Auto Center Specific Plan CSpecific Plan") was adopted on <br />7 October 23, 1990, by Resolution No. 17614; and <br />8 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside, Caliti)rnia advertised <br />9 and held a public hearing to consider a proposal to amend the Specific Plan to add approximately <br />10 4.47 vacant acres situated on the Southwest corner of Adams Street and Autobahn Court (Case SP- <br />11 005-001); and <br />I2 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Riverside, California advertised for and held <br />13 a public hearing on November 28, 2000, to consider Case SP-005-001. <br />14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside, <br />15 California, that the City Council finds as follows: <br /> <br />16 1. Incorporating the findings set forth above and in the documents and reports for <br /> <br />17 Case SP-005-001, it is in the public interest to amend the Riverside Auto Center Specific Plan to <br />18 add approximately 4.47 vacant acres situated on the Southwest corner of Adams Street and <br />19 Autobahn Court. <br /> <br />20 2. The amendment of the Riverside Auto Center Specific Plan will not have a <br /> <br />21 significant affect on the environment. <br />22 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Riverside Auto Center Specific Plan is hereby <br />23 amended in its entirety to read as set forth in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and by this reference <br />24 incorporated herein and into the Specific Plan.
