I SP-005-001 2 RESOLUTION NO. 19835 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERS[DE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE RIVERSIDE AUTO CENTER SPECIFIC 4 PLAN AND INCORPORATiNG iNTO THE SPECIFIC PLAN DOCUMENT CHANGES TO ADD APPROXIMATELY 4.47 VACANT ACRES S1TUATED ON 5 THE SOUTH'WEST CORNER OF ADAMS STREET AND AUTOBAHN COURT. 6 WHEREAS, the Riverside Auto Center Specific Plan CSpecific Plan") was adopted on 7 October 23, 1990, by Resolution No. 17614; and 8 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside, Caliti)rnia advertised 9 and held a public hearing to consider a proposal to amend the Specific Plan to add approximately 10 4.47 vacant acres situated on the Southwest corner of Adams Street and Autobahn Court (Case SP- 11 005-001); and I2 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Riverside, California advertised for and held 13 a public hearing on November 28, 2000, to consider Case SP-005-001. 14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside, 15 California, that the City Council finds as follows: 16 1. Incorporating the findings set forth above and in the documents and reports for 17 Case SP-005-001, it is in the public interest to amend the Riverside Auto Center Specific Plan to 18 add approximately 4.47 vacant acres situated on the Southwest corner of Adams Street and 19 Autobahn Court. 20 2. The amendment of the Riverside Auto Center Specific Plan will not have a 21 significant affect on the environment. 22 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Riverside Auto Center Specific Plan is hereby 23 amended in its entirety to read as set forth in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and by this reference 24 incorporated herein and into the Specific Plan.
