Mr. Chavez thenexpressed his concerns about the removalof the <br />module that was at Villegas Park. He stated he is unhappy with the removal because the <br />programs are no longer being offered and the community is not getting the information <br />ahead of time. Lastly, he asked that staff present the plans for the allocation of the soccer <br />fields at Villegas Parkonce the renovations are complete. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />2. <br />The Commission approved theminutes for the June 9,2014meeting as presented. <br />Motion:Johnson <br />Second:Lyles <br />Ayes:All <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />The following matters, presented to the Park and Recreation Commission on the consent <br />calendar for consideration, wereapproved by a motion affirming the action appropriate to the <br />item: <br />
