Vivian <br />Moreno spoke regarding change at City Hall and citizen requests. Raychele <br />Sterling spoke regarding the Threat Assessment Team and sewer bonds. <br />Theresa Newham spoke regarding orange groves, Riverside Police <br />Department, and the medical marijuana initiative. Karen Wright spoke <br />regarding railroad grade separations, non-native tree squirrels, the <br />Agricultural Park, and the bus terminal. <br />Councilmember Davis requested referral of an update regarding the Threat <br />Assessment Team to the City Council Public Safety Committee. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Assistant City Manager Zelinka introduced Building Official Chris <br />Christopoulos. <br />DISCUSSION CALENDAR <br />NEIGHBORHOOD LIVABILITY PROGRAM UPDATE <br />Following discussion, the City Council (1) received and ordered filed the <br />Neighborhood Livability Program update and continued its support of the <br />program based upon the successes as outlined in the written staff report; <br />Motion <br />X <br />and (2) directed the City Attorney's Office to report back to the City Council <br />Second <br />X <br />with an update in six months. <br />All Ayes <br />Councilmember Adams arrived during the following item. <br />X <br />WORKSHOP <br />WESTERN RIVERSIDE COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS UPDATE <br />Following discussion and without formal motion, the City Council received <br />and ordered filed the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) <br />agency update as presented by Executive Director Rick Bishop. <br />100-254 <br />
