FIRST LEASE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT is made this ~"~ day of '~l~'~-A 2000 between The Redevelopment Agency of the City &Riverside, a public agency, Landlord and I-Iaight, Brown & Bonesteel, L.LP., Tenant. RECITALS The parties hereto entered into a Lease dated the 10th day of November, 1997 for premises located in the California Tower, 3737 Main Street, Suite 800, Riverside, California 92501. B. The parties hereto desire to extend and amend said Lease as hereinafter provided. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the agreements herein contained, the parties hereto agree to as follows: The primary term &the Lease terminates on January 4, 2001. It is understood and agreed that the primary term of the Lease is hereby extended for a six (6) month period commencing January 5, 2001 and terminating on June 4, 2001. Paragraph 4 of the Addendum to the Lease - Option to Extend Term - The Option Term is hereby reduced to an additional period of one (1) eighteen (18) month period commencing June 5, 2001 and terminating January 4, 2003. The minimum monthly rent for such extended terms will be governed by the same terms and conditions as provided in the Lease. Except as herein modified, said Lease shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict in the terms of the Lease as modified and this First Lease Modification Agreement, the terms of this First Lease Modification shall prevail. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall hind and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assignees of the parties hereto.
