<br />SP-OO I-DO I <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19832 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, <br />CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE HUNTER BUSINESS PARK SPECIFIC <br />PLAN AND INCORPORATING INTO THE SPECIFIC PLAN DOCUMENT <br />CHANGES TO ALLOW DEVELOPMENT ON ONE-HALF ACRE PARCELS IN <br />CERTAIN LOCATIONS WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT OF THE <br />SPECIFIC PLAN AREA <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />7 WHEREAS, the Hunter Park Specific Plan ("Specific Plan") was adopted on April 19, <br />8 1988, by Resolution No. 16792; and <br /> <br />9 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside, California advertised for <br /> <br />10 and held a public hearing to consider a proposal to amend the Specific Plan to permit development <br /> <br /> <br />lIon parcels as small as one-half acre in certain locations within the Industrial Park District of the <br /> <br />12 Specific Plan area (Case SP-001-00I); and <br /> <br />13 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Riverside, California advertised for and held <br /> <br /> <br />14 a public hearing on November 28, 2000, to consider Case SP-OO I-DO 1. <br /> <br />IS NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside, <br /> <br /> <br />16 California, that the City Council finds as follows: <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Incorporating the findings set forth above and in the documents and reports for <br /> <br />18 Case SP-OO I-DO I, it is in the public interest to amend the Hunter Business Park Specific Plan to <br /> <br />19 allow development on parcels as small as one-half acrea in certain locations within the Industrial <br /> <br />20 Park District of the Specific Plan area; <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The amendment of the Hunter Business Park Specific Plan will not have a <br /> <br />22 significant affect on the environment <br /> <br />23 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Hunter Business Park Specific Plan is hereby <br /> <br />24 amended in its entirety to read as set forth in Exhibit "A,'. attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />25 incorporated herein and into the Specific Plan.
