Karen Wright spoke regarding <br />the City Manager agreement and the Strategic Plan. Morris Mendoza and <br />Vivian Moreno spoke regarding incoming City Manager Russo. Raychele <br />Sterling spoke regarding incoming City Manager Russo and the Public <br />Records Act. Theresa Newham spoke regarding the Public Records Act, <br />Agricultural Park, employee vacations, City annuities, and incoming City <br />Manager Russo.
