[Binder Tab No. 15] RESOLUTION NO. 625 A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE APPROVING THE AMENDMENTS TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLANS INCLUDING THE MERGER OF CENTRAL INDUSTRIAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND SYCAMORE CANYON AND BOX SPRINGS INDUSTRIAL PARK REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside ("Agency") has prepared proposed Amendments to the Redevelopment Plans which include the merger of Central Industrial Redevelopment Project and Sycamore Canyon and Box Springs Industrial Park Redevelopment Project ("Amendments"); and WHEREAS, the Agency has submitted the proposed Amendments to the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside ("Planning Commission") for its report and recommendations, and the Planning Commission by Resolution No. 4306., adopted Apr±l 17, 1997, recommended approval and adoption of the proposed Amendments; and WHEREAS, the Agency prepared a Report to the City Council of the City of Riverside on the proposed Amendments, containing the items and information set forth in Section 33352 of the Health and Safety Code and conforming to the requirements of the Health and Safety Code. NOW, THEREFORE, THE RIVERSIDE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That the Amendments to the Redevelopment Plans Including the Merger of Central Industrial Redevelopment Project and Sycamore Canyon and Box Springs Industrial Park Redevelopment Project are hereby approved and the Agency recommends that the Amendments be approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Riverside.
