WORKSHOP RIVERSIDE CITY CHARTER TRAINING Interim City Attorney Talley provided City Charter training for the Mayor and City Council. No action was required or taken. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE There were no oral comments at this time. CLOSED SESSIONS The Mayor, City Council, and the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency recessed to the City Council Board Room for a closed session pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(d)(1) to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning MetroRiverside, LLC. v. City of Riverside, et al., RCSC Case No. RIC 1303305; City of Riverside as Successor Agency v. MetroRiverside, LLC, et al., RCSC Case No. RIC 1404945; and In re Bankruptcy of MetroRiverside, U.S. Bankruptcy Court - Northern District of California (San Francisco) Bankruptcy Petition #14-30901.
