Departmental Presentation — Sarah Mundy, Museum Director <br />• Museum Director Sarah Mundy provided the Board with a PowerPoint Presentation verview of the <br />Museum Department. This iricluded an overview of the department's current workfo ce, structure, <br />Internship Program, retention /turnover rate, and current/projected employment opportunities. <br />• Mrs. Mundy indicated that the Riverside Museum is accredited with the American Alliance of Museums. <br />• Director Mundy indicated that all Museum staff will be required to participate in a three (3) day strategic <br />planning retreat in an effort to improve morale within the department. Mrs. Mundy also informed the <br />Board that the Museum Department is in the process of implementing a 9/80 work schedule to help <br />improve employee morale. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
