Following discussion, the City <br />Second <br />X <br />Council continued the hearing to 3 p.m. on January 6, 2015. <br />All Ayes <br />JOINT ITEM WITH HOUSING AUTHORITY AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY <br />TO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY - DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT - 3836 SECOND, 3011, 3027, 3043, AND 3071 MARKET <br />Hearing was called to consider the sale of Housing Authority -owned land <br />located at 3836 Second Street, APN 213-071-003, to Zion Enterprises, LLC. <br />Four people spoke on the matter. The public hearing was officially closed. <br />Following discussion, the Housing Authority (1) approved the joint Housing <br />Authority/Successor Agency Disposition and Development Agreement with <br />Zion Enterprises, LLC, for sale of Housing Authority -owned vacant land <br />located at 3836 Second Street, APN 213-071-003, to facilitate development <br />of a commercial project and construction of three affordable housing units <br />within the multiple -family residential project located at the Successor Agency <br />Property at 3011, 3027, 3043, and 3071 Market Street; and (2) authorized <br />100-143 <br />
