Brea, CA 92921 (herein Crossroads) <br /> - AND - <br /> City of Riverside(herein Riverside): 4102 Oranee Street, Riverside, CA 92501. <br /> IN CONSIDERATION OF FHE COVENAN I'S and agreements contained in this Agreement, <br /> the parties involved agree as follows: <br /> General Definitions and Terms <br /> Crossroads' Responsibilities—Provided at No Cost to Riverside with LexisNexis eCrash <br /> 1. Crossroads will provide a site license for the electronic Traffic Collision Reporting <br /> Program and provide a training session on the use of the system. <br /> 2. Crossroads will provide ongoing maintenance and support of the Traffic Collision Report <br /> writing system. Crossroads will provide updates to current software versions as they <br /> become available. <br /> 3. Crossroads will provide a site license for the Collision Database System. <br /> 4. Crossroads will provide ongoing maintenance and support for the Crossroads Collision <br /> Database System including updates to the most current versions as they become <br /> available. <br /> 5. Crossroads will provide a site license for the Handheld Collision Reporting and Handheld <br /> Citation Module to the City of Riverside. and provide a training session on the use of the <br /> system. <br /> 6. Crossroads will provide ongoing maintenance and support of the Handheld report writing <br /> system (including both the Crossroads Handheld Citation System and the Handheld <br /> Collision Reporting Module). Crossroads will provide updates to current versions as they <br /> become available. <br /> 7, The Crossroads Collision Database System will upload approved collision reports written <br /> in the Crossroads system daily to LexisNexis for Riverside's use of the LexisNexis <br /> online report dissemination program ("e-Crash"). Exceptions will include collision <br /> reports involving Fatalities, On Duty Emergency Vehicles.Juveniles with a Hit & Run or <br /> DIJL or as to be determined by the City. <br />
