(westerly of Arlington Avenue and Alessandro Boulevard approved I sunder Zoning Case C-46-701; whereupon, it wasthe determination! !that this matter not be reviewed by the City Council. !BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT I :ZONING CASE V-3-712 - 2924 PIPER PL. - REAR YARD VARIANCE ,A communication was presented from the Board of Zoning Adjust - meat advising the City Council that, on July 19, 1971, the !'^ :Board, by a vote of 5 ayes to 0 noes, granted the request of 1 jJohn A.
