<br />:ZONING CASE V-62-701 - TRACT 3820 - REAR YARD VARIANCES
<br />IA communication was presented from the Board of Zoning Adjust-
<br />:ment advising the City Council that on June 21, 1971, the Board
<br />:by a vote of 4 ayes to 0 noes, granted the request of Califor-
<br />Inia Federal Savings and Loan Association, Zoning Case V-62-701,
<br />:to construct single-family residences, portions of which would
<br />extend into the required rear yard at 5745 and 5755 Via Cervan-
<br />:tes, 5725 Via Orizaba and 5605 Via Cerezo, situated on the
<br />;,southwesterly side of Via Cervantes adjacent to the street's
<br />:.southerly terminus, on the northeasterly side of Via Orizaba
<br />:approximately 250 feet southeasterly of Via Callisto, and on the
<br />!,southwesterly corner of Via Cerezo and Via Concepcion, for Fi-
<br />::nal Tract Map 3820; whereupon, it was the determination that
<br />rthis matter not be reviewed by the City Council.

<br />(Plummer, Zoning Case V-63-701, to construct ten one -bedroom I
<br />;apartment units and provide a total of fifteen off-street park-!
<br />Ging spaces with one space extending into the required street :
<br />(side setback at 3750 Cranford Avenue; whereupon, it was the de -1
<br />:termination that this matter not be reviewed by the City !

<br />.y1 :Agreement by and between the City of Riverside and Robert W. :
<br />:Hamsher, for crossing the Riverside Water Company Canal near
<br />:Valley View Street with a water line; and execution of the said:
