<br />:A communication was 'resented from the Board of Zoning Adjust-
<br />:ment advising the City Council that on May 17, 1971,, the Board,
<br />:by a voce of 3 ayes to 0 noes, granted the request of William
<br />,Austin, Zoning Case V-54-7OL, to erect, display and maintain an
<br />,approximately 77 square foot, lighted, single -Laced wall sign
<br />ion the building having 40 feet of frontage on a public street
<br />lot 3512 Central Avenue; subject to removal of all freestanding :
<br />:signs, on-site and off-site and the non -conforming lighted wal L,
<br />:sign on the southeast portion of the building; whereupon, it :
<br />:was the determination that the matter not be reviewed by the
<br />:City Council.
