<br />,cost. of $70,000.00 to serve the Whitegate, area. Following dis-,
<br />:cussion, motion was made that the City Engineer be authorized :
<br />,and instructed to prepare and furnish plans and specifications I
<br />:with careful estimates of the costs and expenses for the con- ,
<br />struction of said improvement, under the provisions of the im-
<br />Iprovement Act of 1911, in the Berkshire Hills-Whitegate Assess-'
<br />Inert District; and the Public Works Department be authorized to:
