Mr. Howard Stevens representing the in-: :terested group, spoke on behalf of the program. Following dis-I :cussion, the program was approved as presented, and the fund : :transfer was authorized as recommended. :CITY PLANNING COMMISSION - BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT - DESICN : :REVIEW BOARD :ZONING CASE C-10-701 - 9391 CALIFORNIA - ADULT MOBILE HOME PARK: A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission: :advising the City Council that on October 8, 1970, the Commis- : :sion, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, approved the request of : ILeMoyne S. Badger and Donald E.
