RECITALS A. GREAT CIRCLE FAMILY FOODS, LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, is the owner of fee title to that parcel of real property and the improvements thereon commonly known as Assessor's Parcel Number 253-020-003 located at 1616 University Avenue, in the City of Riverside, California and is more particularly described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Site"). B. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, a public corporate body existing under provisions of the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code §33000 et seq.), hereinafter known as the "Agency," has entered into that Disposition and Development Agreement dated June 6 ,2000 with Great Circle Family Foods, LLC (the "Agreement"). The Agreement and related documents are public records on file in the offices of the City Clerk of the City of Riverside located at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, California 92522.
