These applicants are as follows:

12 066

Frances L. Armstrong

2957 Lime Street (01)

DT S/G $5,000

Funds will be used to install a new roof, repair termite damge, and install a ventless range hood. Due to minimal
scope of work, it is most cost effective to assume there is lead-based paint and have the contractor use safe work
practices. Owner has lived at property for 15 years and has received no prior assistance. Yard is landscaped and
well maintained.

12 054

Juan and Gloria Lopez

4258 Strong Street (01)

CW Er/G $3,500

NS DIL $6,000

Funds will be used to bring illegal bathroom addition up to code and bring existing septic system up to code.
Project was referred to RHDC by City of Riverside Code Compliance. Owner has lived at property for 5 years
and has received no prior assistance. Because addition was constructed by owner (post 1978), there is no need to
obtain a Lead-Based Paint report on this property. Yard is landscaped and well maintained.

Submitted by Riverside Housing Development Corporation:

rSie:nedl
Bruce Kulpa, Executive Director

3-1
