Development Committee and staff recommend contract with GRC Redevelopment Consultants for amendment of Casa Blanca Project Area Redevelopment Plan to extend debt issuance deadline 3. Development Committee and staff recommend that City Public Works Department implement bid process for construction of 26-space parking lot with walkway into Village of La Sierra - Collett/Hole/California 4. Agreement with County of Riverside for transfer of funds from sale of former Riverside General Hospital property to be used for public improvements in community of Arlington 5.
