<br />1 <br /> <br />2 <br />3 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14863 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE NAME OF A <br />PORTION OF WHITEGATE/OCOTILLO DRIVE TO OVERLOOK <br />PARKWAY. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Riverside, California, pursuant to the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Riverside, that the name <br /> <br />of the portion of Whitegate Avenue/Ocotillo Drive, situated <br /> <br />between Muirfield Road and Overlook Parkway, and described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />All that certain portion of Ocotillo Drive, <br />as shown by Tract No. 8126, on file in Book 108, <br />Pages 88 thru 93, inclusive, of Maps, records of <br />Riverside County, California, together with Lot 21 <br />(Whitegate Avenue) as shown by said Tract No. 8126, <br />lying northeasterly of the northerly line of Muirfield <br />Road, and lying southwesterly of the following <br />described line: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the northerly line of <br />Overlook Parkway where radial line of a curve with <br />a radius of 1,300.00 feet bears South 140 40' 22" <br />East, as shown by said Tract No. 8126; <br />Thence westerly along said curve to the right <br />an arc length of 84.91 feet, thru a central angle of <br />030 44' 32" to its intersection with the northerly <br />line of Ocotillo Drive, as shown by said Tract No. 8126, <br />and to the end of this line descriptionr <br /> <br />be changed to OVERLOOK PARKWAY. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor and <br />attested by the City Clerk this 11th day of January, 1983. <br /> <br /> <br />28 <br /> <br />27 Attest: <br /> <br />-. 29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />12-15-82 <br />JW/h ~ <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />~ (] ~/~AJ-/ <br />Ci~ Clerk of th~ City of Riverside <br />
