<br />City Attorney's Office <br />3900 Main Street <br />Riverside, CA 92522 <br />(909) 782-5567 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 674 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE RELOCATION PLAN FOR THE <br />KRISPY KREME PROJECT IN THE UNIVERSITY CORRIDOR/SYCAMORE <br />CANYON REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />5 WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside ("Agency") seeks to <br /> <br />6 carry out a redevelopment project ("Project") in the University Corridor/Sycamore Canyon <br /> <br />7 Redevelopment Project Area; and <br /> <br />8 WHEREAS, the Project will cause the removal of dwelling units from the low- and <br /> <br />9 moderate-income housing market; and <br /> <br />10 WHEREAS, the Agency desires to comply with State law, California Health and Safety <br /> <br />11 Code Section 33413.5 concerning the adoption of a replacement housing plan for the relocation of <br /> <br />12 persons displaced by the Project; and <br />13 WHEREAS, on June 6, 2000, the Agency considered the approval of the Relocation Plan <br /> <br />14 for the Krispy Kreme Project; <br /> <br />15 NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> <br />16 Riverside, California, as follows: <br /> <br />17 The Agency has considered all the evidence submitted into the record on this matter, <br />18 including but not limited to: <br /> <br />19 <br />20 <br /> <br />A. <br />B. <br /> <br />The Relocation Plan for the Krispy Kreme Project dated May, 2000. <br /> <br />Written reports prepared by Agency staff and submitted for consideration to the <br />Agency for the meeting of June 6, 2000. <br />Testimony, both written and oral, received during the required review period and <br /> <br />21 <br />22 <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />23 at the June 6, 2000, Agency meeting on this matter. <br />24 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, after due consideration of the foregoing evidence, the <br />25 Agency Board hereby makes the following findings: <br /> <br />26 <br />27 <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The Relocation Plan for the Krispy Kreme Project dated May, 2000, contains all <br /> <br />the elements required by California Administrative Code, Title 25, Division 1, <br />
