City Attorney's Office 3900 Main Street Riverside, CA 92522 (909) 782-5567 2 RESOLUTION NO. 674 A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE RELOCATION PLAN FOR THE KRISPY KREME PROJECT IN THE UNIVERSITY CORRIDOR/SYCAMORE CANYON REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA 3 4 5 WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside ("Agency") seeks to 6 carry out a redevelopment project ("Project") in the University Corridor/Sycamore Canyon 7 Redevelopment Project Area; and 8 WHEREAS, the Project will cause the removal of dwelling units from the low- and 9 moderate-income housing market; and 10 WHEREAS, the Agency desires to comply with State law, California Health and Safety 11 Code Section 33413.5 concerning the adoption of a replacement housing plan for the relocation of 12 persons displaced by the Project; and 13 WHEREAS, on June 6, 2000, the Agency considered the approval of the Relocation Plan 14 for the Krispy Kreme Project; 15 NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of 16 Riverside, California, as follows: 17 The Agency has considered all the evidence submitted into the record on this matter, 18 including but not limited to: 19 20 A. B. The Relocation Plan for the Krispy Kreme Project dated May, 2000. Written reports prepared by Agency staff and submitted for consideration to the Agency for the meeting of June 6, 2000. Testimony, both written and oral, received during the required review period and 21 22 c. 23 at the June 6, 2000, Agency meeting on this matter. 24 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, after due consideration of the foregoing evidence, the 25 Agency Board hereby makes the following findings: 26 27 A.
