MINUTES <br /> CODE OF ETHICS ADJUDICATING BODY <br /> City of Riverside <br /> Friday, November 15, 2013, 3 p.m. <br /> Mayor's Ceremonial Room <br /> PRESENT: Chair Justin Scott-Coe, Members Keith Nelson, Dale Roberts, <br /> Robert Wade, Marisa Valdez Yeager, and John Field (alternate) <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> STAFF PRESENT: Sherry Morton, Rina Gonzales, Neil Okazaki, and Dana Roa <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Jason Hunter, Doug Smith, Christina Duran, Jennifer Vaughn- <br /> Blakely, Dvonne Pitruzzello, Javier Moreno, Vivian Moreno, and <br /> Kevin Dawson <br /> Chair Scott-Coe called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. <br /> ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br /> Vivian Moreno and Jennifer Vaughn-Blakely spoke regarding the Code of Ethics complaint. <br /> CODE OF ETHICS COMPLAINT HEARING - CONTINUED <br /> Hearing was called on the Code of Ethics and Conduct complaint filed by Jason Hunter <br /> alleging that Human Resources Board Members Norman Powell, Arthur Butler, Holly <br /> Evans, Jamie Wrage, Sonya Dew and Tricia Eibs violated the following sections of the <br /> Code of Ethics: (1) Creating trust of local government; (2) Making unbiased, fair, and <br /> honest decisions; (3) Treating everyone with respect and in a just and fair manner; <br /> (4) Ensuring that all public decisions are well informed, independent, and in the best <br /> interests of the City of Riverside; and (5) Ensuring that all officials are prepared for the <br /> exercise of their duties.
