Minutes of Meeting of June 13,2000 <br /> <br />2. Community Development Block Grants and/or loans for housing rehabilitation - Arlanza/La Sierra and Casa Blanca <br />Areas <br /> <br />3. Development Committee and staff recommend six-month Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with Zelman Retail <br />Partners for Disposition and Development Agreement to revitalize Town Square Shopping Center and rejection of <br />three Statements of Interest with respect to site development concept <br /> <br />4. Finance Committee and staff recommend one-year extension of agreement with AMPCO System Parking for <br />parking management services in downtown parking lots, garages, and Justice Center metered area <br /> <br />5. Finance Committee and staff recommend finding that Fiscal Years 1999-2000 and 2000-01 planning and <br />administrative expenses are necessary for production, improvement, or preservation of low- and moderate-income <br />housing - Resolutions <br /> <br />6. Remove Raincross Enterprises facade improvement loan contingency and execute Historic Commercial <br />Rehabilitation and Loan Guaranty, Promissory Notes, and other related documents necessary to complete loan <br />guarantee transaction with Mario's Place; and associated Inland Empire National Bank commercial loan pledge <br />documents for relocation of Mario's Place Restaurant to Downtown <br />
