AGREEMENT FOR <br /> <br />Building Demolition and Lot Clearing at <br />2850, 2870, and 2890 Market Street <br /> <br /> On this 28thday of April , 2000, the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br />CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a public entity, hereinafter referred to as "Agency", and John Beck, <br />a sole proprietorship, address P.O. Box 353, Chino, CA 91708, State Contractor's License <br />No. 164393 hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", mutually agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials for, and perform the <br />work of site clearing, debris removal, building demolition and removal, foundation removal, <br />concrete pavement removal, asbestos encapsulation and removal, tree removal, and general <br />site grading at 2850, 2870, and 2890 Market Street which is covered in Contractor's Bid <br />Proposal (the "Work"). Contractor shall perform the Work in accordance with the <br />provisions and requirements of the following Contract Documents: Notice Inviting Bids <br />(Bid No. 5701); Agency's Special Provisions, and Proposal Forms; the 1997 Edition of the <br />Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction ("Standard Specifications") written <br />by Public Works Standards, Inc.; Contractor's Proposal and Bid Schedule, performance <br />bond and payment bond; this Agreement; and all documents, maps, texts and items referred <br />to in the foregoing documents.
