Oral communications as to Item No. 2 (Individual audience participation is limited to <br /> 3 minutes) <br /> 2. Code of Ethics complaint by Dvonne Pitruzzello <br /> Note: The Chair will conduct the meeting as follows: <br /> • Chair asks the Complainant if she wishes to add anything to the written <br /> complaint submitted to the Body (15 mins) <br /> • Chair asks the person against whom the complaint has been made if <br /> they wish to respond, make a statement, or submit any evidence <br /> • Adjudicating Body discussion, deliberation, and vote as to whether or not <br /> the evidence supports a finding of a violation of Code of Ethics <br /> • Chair adjourns the Meeting <br /> LISTENING ASSISTIVE DEVICES are available for the hearing impaired--please see City Clerk <br /> The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public. Upon request, <br /> this agenda will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with disabilities, as <br /> required by Section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
