Minutes of Meeting of April 4, 2000 <br /> <br />2. Development Committee and staff recommend evaluation of Redevelopment Plan Amendment for Casa Blanca <br />Redevelopment Project, issuance of Requests for Proposals for qualified consulting firms, and development of <br />proposed scope, budget, and suggested consultant contracts <br /> <br />3. Finance Committee and staff recommend temporary reduced payment on Note secured by Deed of Trust with <br />Refreshing Spring Temple Church of God in Christ, Inc. - 3600 Park <br /> <br />4. Development Committee and staff recommend Professional Services Agreements with R.P. Laurain & Associates <br />and Donahue & Company for appraisal of residential and commercial real property and Desmond, Marcello & <br />Amster and Donahue Novak Valuation Services for appraisal of fixtures and equipment related to revitalization of <br />Town Square Shopping Center <br /> <br />5. Six-month project update on Riverside Park Apartments - 1804-1891 Twelfth and 1812-1892 Eleventh - Staff <br />recommends 30-day continuance to complete their work <br /> <br />6. Ratification of agreement with City of Riverside outlining financial obligations and terms relative to forty-year <br />lease with Public Properties Management, Inc., to build approximately 131 hangars and associated infrastructure on <br />Riverside Municipal Airport's west side - Staff recommends 30-day continuance to complete their work. <br />
