There will be no separate discussion of these items unless, before the Redevelopment Agency votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the Redevelopment Agency, staff or the public request specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action. 1. Minutes of Meeting of April 4, 2000 2. Development Committee and staff recommend evaluation of Redevelopment Plan Amendment for Casa Blanca Redevelopment Project, issuance of Requests for Proposals for qualified consulting firms, and development of proposed scope, budget, and suggested consultant contracts 3. Finance Committee and staff recommend temporary reduced payment on Note secured by Deed of Trust with Refreshing Spring Temple Church of God in Christ, Inc. - 3600 Park 4. Development Committee and staff recommend Professional Services Agreements with R.P. Laurain & Associates and Donahue & Company for appraisal of residential and commercial real property and Desmond, Marcello & Amster and Donahue Novak Valuation Services for appraisal of fixtures and equipment related to revitalization of Town Square Shopping Center 5. Six-month project update on Riverside Park Apartments - 1804-1891 Twelfth and 1812-1892 Eleventh - Staff recommends 30-day continuance to complete their work 6. Ratification of agreement with City of Riverside outlining financial obligations and terms relative to forty-year lease with Public Properties Management, Inc., to build approximately 131 hangars and associated infrastructure on Riverside Municipal Airport's west side - Staff recommends 30-day continuance to complete their work.
