Mayor Loveridge to present a Proclamation to Parliamentarian Charles H. Johnson and Joseph Hester, President of <br />Riverside Society of Parliamentarians, Chapter 52 of the American Institute of Parliamentarians, proclaiming the <br />month of April 2000 as Parliamentarian Month in the City of Riverside. The Society will also present a book on <br />parliamentary procedure for the Riverside City Library. <br /> <br />2. Mayor Loveridge and Chief of Police Luman to present Certificates of Appreciation to four Public Safety <br />Communications Center employees for their recognition by the California Public Safety Radio Association - <br />Nicolee Dana, Outstanding Performance and Public Safety Dispatcher of the Year; Sherry McMillan, Honorable <br />Mention, Outstanding Performance; John Wright, First Runner-Up, Supervisor of the Year; and Kathy Warr, <br />Honorable Mention, Supervisor of the Year. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR--All matters listed under the CONSENT CALENDAR are considered routine by the <br />City Staff and may be enacted by the City Council by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate <br />discussion of these items unless, before the City Council votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the City Council, staff <br />or the public request specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action. <br /> <br />Removed consent items will be discussed immediately after adoption of the balance of the Consent Calendar portion of <br />the Agenda <br />
