1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 City Attorney's Office 3900 Main Street Riverside, CA 92522 19119) 782-5567 WHEREAS, currently the City of Riverside ("City") Assistant City Manager-Development, City Attorney and City Clerk serve as the Executive Director, General Counsel and Secretary, respectively, to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside ("Redevelopment Agency"); and, WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency now desires to retain the services of the Finance Director of the City to serve as its Treasurer; and WHEREAS, the City Council and City Manager of the City will permit the City Finance Director to serve in the capacity of Treasurer to the Redevelopment Agency. NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, Calil~brnia, that: Section 1. The Rules of Procedure for the Redevelopment Agency shall be amended to provide that the Finance Director of the City of Riverside shall serve as Treasurer to the Redevelopment Agency. Section 2. That as of the effective date of this resolution, all prior motions, resolutions or other formal or informal actions taken by the Redevelopment Agency naming any other officer, employee or agent of said Redevelopment Agency, as its Treasurer are hereby superseded.
