The public health, safety, welfare, convenience and necessity permit the .granting of a <br />convalescent transport vehicle permit. <br /> <br /> B. The applicant, Secure Transportation meets all requirements of Chapter 5.65. of the <br />Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to issue a Convalescent <br />Transport Vehicle Permit to conduct a convalescent transport service to Secure Transportation for <br />an initial period of six months in accordance with the application and for the purpose set forth <br />therein pursuant to Chapter 5.65 of the Riverside Municipal Code, and that said pennil: shall be for <br />the form and substance approved by the City Attorney and subject to the submission an~d approval <br />of the required evidence of insurance. <br />/ / <br /> <br />/ / <br /> <br /> / <br /> <br />City Attorney's ()ffice <br />3900Main Street <br />Riverside, CA 92522 <br />(909) 782-5567 <br /> <br /> <br />
